  • General Guidelines

    • If a driver's license is required on the form, please upload a copy when prompted. 
    • If a joint applicant is present, please sign both applicants on the same signature line.
    • To verify the City has received all required documentation and payment, please contact the city at 801-789-6609. Utility Billing staff have up to three business days to process the application.

  • Important Notes:

    • If you submit a request it's your responsibility to make sure can(s) is out on street the day before or Tuesday or Friday before 7am. The day depends on the service you are requesting.
    • Adding or Removing can(s) are delivered or removed on Tuesday's only by Ace Disposal.
    • New Build, replacements, lost, stolen or damaged can(s) are delivered or replaced on Friday's only by Ace Disposal.
    • Resident's are responsible for lost, stolen or damaged containers. Replacement cost is up to $75 per can(s).
    • If your garbage or recycle trash was not picked up please contact Ace Disposal at (801) 363-9995.
    • If you are moving homes please leave garbage and recycle can(s) on property.
    • Our garbage list is emailed to Ace Disposal every Thursday morning for Friday or Tuesday delivery. If your request is received after the list has gone out your can(s) will be deliver the following week.
