School Supply Assistance Program

Eagle Mountain City is holding a school supply assistance program for students from income-qualified households. This program will benefit students going into 7th-12th grade. The funding for this program comes from the CDBG program administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Therefore, the qualifications are set at a federal level. This application will request either tax documents or pay stubs to certify qualification.
