Please select all the events for which you are applying. Please note that once you are approved and have confirmed your attendance, your commitment to attend the selected event is required. Submission of this application does not guarantee approval.
To join the Thursday Food Truck Night, please select your preferred dates. Keep in mind that selection does not guarantee approval for all chosen dates and we try to book a rotaion each week.
Since we do not charge food trucks to participate in our events, we kindly request a complimentary meal for the event staff working the event. This would involve providing one meal per staff member, using vouchers distributed by the onsite event manager. If multiple trucks are present, the staff may spread their meal vouchers among the trucks or choose to redeem them all at a single truck. Would your truck be willing to accommodate this arrangement? This is not a requirement for acceptance into the events
