If you are requesting garbage cans to be removed, please leave the can(s) empty on the street.
Adding or Removing cans can take up to two weeks depending on the date of submission. Utility Billing staff submits requests in batches on Fridays, so if you submit Monday-Thursday, you can expect the request to be submitted sometime the following week. If you submit on a Friday, after the batch has already been submitted, then it will be including in the following week's batch and may take up to two weeks to complete the request.
