To help with the request of multipul vendors wanting to participate in Pony Express Days, we are now seperating food trucks. At this event, we will have our inflatable attractions, touch-a-truck, food vendors, and informational vendors. There is no selling allowed at this event.

You must have someone there to set up your booth, staff your booth the entire time, and take down your booth.

Thursday-Saturday, May 28 - 30 | Thursday 4-8 PM | Friday-Saturday Noon-8 PM

We will have a carnival, boutique sales vendors, food vendors, and an entertainment stage.

There is no option for power this year.
Vendors will be stationed throughout the park where there may be low lighting.

Food Trucks
We do not approve food vendors who rely solely on a canopy for operation.

Upon approval, you will be sent an email requesting your driver’s license number, social security number, or tax ID number (we will only need one of those three numbers). We will also need your name, phone, address, and email. This information is required from the state of Utah, and to attend the event.

After the event, your tax ID packet will be sent to you in the mail directly from the Utah State Tax Comission and must be filled out and returned to the state promptly after receiving it, whether you have made any sales or not. We will be sending in the list of all vendors and the information you provide.

Terms and Conditions:* This field is required.Submission of this application does not guarantee your spot as a vendor. It will go through an approval process. Eagle Mountain City does not provide tents, tables, or chairs. Eagle Mountain City is not responsible for monitoring booths or products. All payments must be received three weeks before the event start date. Please note that Eagle Mountain City reserves the right to deny any application and/or refund a booth fee if the business's products or services are not appropriate for a family-friendly event. Vendors are not permitted to sell the following: Weapons, drugs or drug paraphernalia, alcohol, items depicting nudity or sexually explicit acts, adult products, fireworks, or animals.
