Upon approval, we kindly request that you come equipped with your 10x10 tent and any additional items you may require for your booth setup. As all booths will be situated outdoors, it's important to plan and organize your booth with the outdoor setting in mind, taking into consideration factors like weather conditions and the layout of your booth.  

Participation in the event is completely free, and we kindly request that if you choose to accept our invitation, you commit to being present. Your presence is invaluable in ensuring a vibrant and fulfilling event experience for both vendors and attendees.
